Please review the following instructions before making a booking:
1. Booking chalets, hotel suites and cabins
- Bookings may be made no earlier than two weeks before the occupancy date.
- All bookings are provisional and become confirmed only after approval by the club's management, up to one week before the occupancy date.
- During weekends, religious holidays and the judicial recess, priority is given to members, ranked by their number of previous bookings — priority goes to whoever has fewer bookings.
- The hotel suites at the Amman club are available to members only, with priority given to members from the northern and southern governorates.
- The maximum per single booking is: two chalets, or two hotel suites, or two cabins — unless additional units are available and management decides otherwise.
- During religious holidays and the judicial recess, the maximum per single booking is three nights.
2. Check-in and check-out times
- Occupancy begins at 2:00 PM on the booking's start date.
- Occupancy ends at 2:00 PM.
- If the set departure time is exceeded, an occupancy charge for one additional night applies.
3. Cancellation and non-occupancy
- If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the occupancy start time, the full booking fee is charged.
- If the reserved facility is not actually occupied, the full booking fee is charged.
- The fee is not charged in the above cases if the facility is occupied by another member for the same period.
- In justified cases, the board may waive the fee for the member, in full or in part.
4. Booking multi-purpose halls and facilities
- Members and subscribers may rent the multi-purpose halls and other facilities for celebrations and events.
- Booking must be made at least two months before the event, unless the board decides otherwise.
- Priority for booking halls and facilities is by order of booking.
- Celebrations and events for government departments and institutions may be held within the club.
- The board may rent certain halls and facilities to non-members, while respecting the privacy of the club and its members.
- The board sets the rental fees for halls and facilities and announces them to members and subscribers.
